It was just an ordinary day. I was bored - my husband was away from home and my best friend was out of town too.

What did you do when you realized you'd hit the jackpot?
I screamed about 9 times -and ran around the house like a crazy woman. I calmed down a little and got my video camera and videoed the screen with the jackpot win on it. Then I did the crazy woman screaming dance again. Then I called my husband and told him.

How will you spend your winnings?

I'd like to own a classic car, and travel around to car shows. This win may make it easier for me to achieve this goal by giving me some financial breathing room!

What do you do in your spare time?
I like to read, fish, watch stupid sitcom reruns and travel.

If you were stranded on a deserted island what 3 things would you take with you and why?
A huge bar of soap (I like to be clean), a hatchet (for the obvious reasons), and a fishing pole (for the obvious reasons).

What is your ultimate goal in life?
To be comfortably retired while still relatively young and VERY healthy, and not have to worry about being able to pay bills.

Is there anything else you would like to tell us about yourself?
I'm married 24 years - have 2 step kids and 1 son - 8 grandkids. I'm 49 and have run my own business since 1997. I've had some moderate success, and my husband was able to retire from his construction company in 1999. This jackpot will allow me some financial freedom, plus it just made me HAPPY - everyone needs some unexpected joy in their lives!
